Day 160

When we got home today Hadley and I did some packing for this upcoming weekend. We are traveling down to Humble on Thursday, and I will be meeting up with Julia and Camille for a mini girls’ weekend in Galveston.  I am really looking forward to it. In the process of packing I have realized two things: Hadley has lots of clothes, and perhaps needs her own suitcase, especially when you consider all the accoutrements she requires (is it just me, or does anyone else think of The 40 Year Old Virgin when they hear that word- i.e. I made egg salad and gathered all the accoutrement?!?!- no it’s just me, ok). Hadley enjoyed some sweet potatoes for dinner, I am glad she likes them, but am getting antsy to try something new. I think tomorrow we will do one of my personal faves- avocados! I need to be better about this whole solid food situation. That is my goal during the summer, I want to expose her to  a lot. I do NOT want a picky eater. I know I personally enjoy food and hope she will have the same attitude.
