This blog originally was intended to be a picture of the day blog; however, it has seemed to morph into a journal of sorts, it is mostly about Hadley and her daily happenings, but since I am writing it- you get a bit of me every once in a while too. I hope you enjoy reading about our lives!

Hadley is 15 months

Hadley Grace is 15th months old!

Another month has come and gone, and Hadley is just growing so much every day. It truly is amazing how much she can change in a matter of weeks. Here are the highlights from this month:

• Hadley loves trying new food, I have yet to find something she doesn’t really like
• She is really good at using her 5 teeth to chew
• Wearing size 18 months clothes, size 4.5 and 5 shoes, size 5 diapers
• She loves playing outside, especially swinging and sliding
• She has made so many friends at our apartment park and really every where she goes- she is a real people person
• Unfortunately, she loves to climb on everything!! She is really good at it, too good!
• She likes to ride on things and even diaper boxes (she loves being pulled around on her horse or the box).
• She is still obsessed with books, she just loves to turn the pages and listen to a story
• Yo Gabba Gabba is still an integral part to our mornings. She is really getting into it lately, dancing and clapping!
• She met the Easter bunny this month, and was not impressed!
• She got some playtime with her boyfriend Landon, and of course she had to kiss him…over and over again!
• We had a nice spring break, Hadley got to see lots of animals at the zoo and Old MacDonald’s Farm
• We visited several parks and discovered that given a wide open space Hadley is perfectly content to run free, she is fearless!
• She is a parrot, she repeats everything…she has said some pretty big words at school, including butterfly and bubbles. While her speech isn’t always perfect or easy to understand, she clearly understands words spoken to her. She is really quite helpful, she can get her shoes, help me with laundry, and so much more. She is a pretty smart cookie, not that I am biased!
It was a good month. It was nice to have spring break, it really made me look forward to the adventures we can have this summer. Last summer she was just learning to sit up on her own, now that she is a toddler on the go, she will actually enjoy and experience outings in a whole new way. I can’t wait!
