Day 106

We got home later than usual today, because I had an after school meeting. I kind of liked it, because she had just finished  a bottle when I got her, so she was ready to nap on the ride home and for the first bit when we got home, it just seemed a lot less stressful. Typically as soon as we walk in the door she is ready for a bottle and I have just enough time to change and make her a bottle before the pouting starts. It was a nice change.

It’s funny how much time she can spend staring at the ceiling fan. I mean seriously she will stare at it for 30 -45 minutes, I try to get her to look at me, but I am just not as interesting. She made real progress in tummy time today. She pushed herself up to a 90 degree angle and held herself there for a few minutes several times- we are making progress!!

I moved bath time up an hour to 6, because I was afraid we would possibly not have electricity, because some “bad” storms were headed our way. Since I moved bath time up, I tried to move bed time up. I thought it actually worked, she was out until 8:30. I thought she might wake up for a bottle and go back to sleep, but no. She wanted to stay up and talk for an hour. She literally kept cooing and making sound for an hour, it was pretty entertaining. She was talking to me, to the fan, to the animals over her swing…she was just in the mood to gab away. She’s going to be a talker-again I don’t know where she get s that from :)
