Day 126

 

Tonight was the culmination of all of my hard work the last month- Scholarship Night and Awards night! This was a rather stressful night, mostly because Hadley had to come with me and I was certain she wouldn’t be happy being at school from 6:30-9ish. Luckily my dear friend Shawn offered to stay with her…however, Hadley wasn’t having it. In the end, I finished off the night present Who’s Who awards ( a good six pages full of names to call),with my baby on my hip! Good thing family is so important at my school- I don’t think I would have felt comfortable doing that anywhere else. That’s been my biggest lesson as a mom, sometimes you just have to roll with it and plans just go right out the window.
